Katy Contreras is a seasoned business mentor, executive coach, and expert in leadership and strategic development, with over 30 years of international experience guiding leaders, entrepreneurs, and organizations toward sustainable growth and success. She is the Founder and CEO of CLE Enterprise, where she delivers tailored coaching, mentoring, and consulting programs designed to strengthen leadership, accelerate execution, drive goal achievement, and foster value-driven success.
Her career began in the hospitality industry in the Dominican Republic and the U.S., where she held senior leadership roles in global hotel chains such as Marriott International and Fairmont Hotels. Recognized with awards for leadership, operational excellence, and strategy development, she built high-performing teams and elevated service cultures in competitive
global markets.
Katy went on to make history as the first woman to lead the Santiago Industrial Free Zone Corporation, CZFIS. This multimillion-dollar organization achieved extraordinary results under her leadership while fueling regional and national economic and social development. Her influence has extended to advisory roles on multiple corporate boards, where she continues to be recognized for her ability to align people, strategy, and performance.
With certifications as an ICF Professional Coach (ACC), SHRM-CP, SQA, and PNUD mentor in entrepreneurial development, Katy brings a unique combination of business insight and people-centered leadership. She holds a bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management. She has pursued advanced studies in Organizational Development, Labor Relations, and Executive Leadership at NYU, Cornell University, Barna Management School, and Marriott University. A lifelong learner, she continues to grow through programs led by world-renowned leadership experts, including Stephen Covey, Ken Blanchard, Tony Robbins, and John C.Maxwell, among others.
